About the event
This class is a small group session conducted by our physiotherapist, Kristin. It is independent of the Toronto Swim Centre, aside from utilizing its facilities.
Prerequisites: Participants must undergo an individual land-based session with our physiotherapist to evaluate risks, needs, and objectives. This session costs $180, in addition to any travel expenses for the physiotherapist.
Physical ability: Participants must have the capability to enter and exit the pool independently.
Reservations are made on a weekly basis, so it is essential to book each week unless alternative arrangements have been established.
